Speaking.
To say I enjoy speaking would be an understatement.
Back in the day, my father was the second most popular public speaker in the United States after Eleanor Roosevelt!
I loved watching him with audiences because I saw an exchange of love. They couldn’t wait to hear what he had to say, and he couldn’t wait to help inspire them to follow their dreams and pursue their creative interests. That love between my dad and the audience felt visceral, powerful, and joyful.
So it felt completely natural — like my way of continuing that legacy of love — to become a speaker myself.
Of course, I share stories of my dad’s incredible life, but I also talk about many other things. As an author, an interfaith/interspiritual minister, a designer, my message is always one of hope and help and healing.
